
Here’s a delicious fruit dessert recipe for a Pink Grapefruit and Strawberry Granita from the folks at Back to the Cutting Board that requires just 3 ingredients and is extremely easy to make.
One of the great things about making granitas is that depending on what fruit juices you choose, there’s a granita to fit every mood and gathering from sophisticated to refreshing. Best of all, no special equpment is required.
This week’s Pink Grapefruit and Strawberry Granita is as festive tasting as it appears, and would look great garnished with a fresh strawberry (or two) and served in your favorite bowl or glass.

2 cups pink grapefruit juice (I used fresh squeezed, but store bought is probably fine)
2 cups fresh or thawed frozen strawberries (or raspberries)
1/2 -1 cup superfine sugar
