File this under Things That Make You Go Ahhhh….
This party friendly appetizer recipe for White Bean Dip With Feta and Black Olives from the folks at the Choosy Beggars Food Blog is an easy Mediterranean version of the classically crowd-pleasing white bean party dip.
This is the kind of richly flavored dip that just begs to be served with hunks of good rustic bread and a nice red wine.
Even better, double the recipe and serve it in a large bread bowl or a bunch of mini bread bowls (find out how to make a homemade bread bowl here) with some celery or carrot sticks for dipping.
